Davinia joined St Philips Chambers following successful completion of her pupillage in 2010. 

Prior to joining Chambers Davinia worked as a Solicitor’s Agent conducting hearings in the County Courts on a wide variety of hearings and applications.

Cases concerning Wills and estates often require additional expertise in fields such as trusts, real property, landlord and tenant, company and insolvency law. Davinia has expertise in complementary fields  and can advise comprehensively on, and conduct, cases which cross boundaries between subject areas.

Davinia has experience of advising and appearing  in cases involving the following:
