Commercial & Chancery Litigation Profile

Having successfully completed pupillage in 2016 - 2017 under the supervision of Simon Clegg and Rosalyn Carter, William is developing a busy practice with a focus on family, employment and commercial law.

William appears regularly in the County Court and High Court in commercial matters. His commercial practice concentrates on those areas which overlap with family law, particularly in relation to real property and wills, trusts and probate.

William is always happy to deliver training events, both in chambers and at clients’ offices. Together with James Morgan QC, he has delivered several seminars on freezing orders. He has also addressed the Midlands Local Government Association on judicial review and decision-making by public bodies.

William is a fluent speaker of Russian, and is happy to accept instructions in cases with an international element, particularly where that element relates to Russia and the former USSR.
