Commercial & Chancery Litigation Profile

Kirsty has experience advising and acting in a wide range of commercial disputes including High Court matters. Much of her work to date has concentrated on contract and torts including claims of high value or with an international element. Further, she has experience of  injunction work including worldwide freezing orders and passport orders.

Before joining St Philips, Kirsty spent 5 years at a national law firm, where  she undertook her pupillage. During that time she was exposed to employment and corporate work which has provided her with a good working knowledge of those areas of law. Moreover, this in-house experience has provided her with invaluable experience of how to provide the best strategic and commercial advice to both solicitors and lay clients.
